1.Core Gear Manufacturing Process
Gear Blank Preparation
Adopt 20CrMnTiH alloy steel complying with GB/T 3077-2015. Forged and normalized to HB 187-229 for uniform grain structure and stable heat treatment performance.
 
Heat Treatment Process
Complete standardized heat treatment: 920±10℃ carburizing for 4 hours → 850±5℃ quenching → 180℃ low-temperature tempering for 2 hours. It achieves tooth surface hardness HRC 60-64, core hardness HRC 30-35, with 1.2-1.5mm effective hardened layer depth.
 
Precision Grinding Technology
Processed by Qinchuan YKZ7230 CNC worm gear grinder with Siemens 840D sl control system. Equipped with #120-#180 resin-bonded CBN grinding wheel. Standard parameters: 35m/s grinding speed, 0.005mm/rev feed rate, 80-100 gears wheel dressing interval.

100% Precision Inspection
Inspected by Zeiss Prismo CMM (≤0.0008mm accuracy) and Klingelnberg P26 gear measuring center. Strict tolerance control: Tooth profile error (f_Hα) ≤0.0015mm, tooth direction error (f_Hβ) ≤0.0012mm, pitch deviation (f_pk) ≤0.002mm, surface roughness Ra ≤0.2μm.

This video documents a turnkey corrugated box machinery project we delivered in partnership with a large manufacturing enterprise based in Brazil. The client’s primary objective was to establish a dedicated carton production facility equipped with reliable, high-efficiency machinery and backed by comprehensive, full-lifecycle technical support to facilitate their internal production, warehousing, and outbound logistics operations.
