Features

5. The vacuum air flow and pressure can be controlled to match the size of cardboard, which makes paper feeding more accurate, and thin and curved cardboard is easy to feed.

6. The entire paper feeding system of the machine is equipped with a vacuum suction platform for transportation, which results in more exquisite printed patterns on the paper.

1. Four servo-driven pressure-free leading edge paper feeding, the paper feeding stroke can be adjusted by computer, without wear and tear, intelligent controllable, accurate and error-free paper feeding.  There is no change in the thickness and strength of paperboard after printing. The strength of carton shall be improved, and the gram weight of paper shall be reduced for the same strength.

2. Zero pressure does not damage the paperboard, and effectively overcome paperboard warpage, improve paper feeding accuracy, so that high and low speed paper feeding is more accurate.

3. Intelligently adjust the paper feeding stroke, extend the paper feeding function, without the pressure of paper pulling rubber roller, and do not damage the strength and thickness of paperboard during paper feeding, so as to achieve pressure-free paper feeding.

4. It is equipped with a chip absorption and dust removal box and multiple rows of scrubbing air suction openings, which can remove a large number of impurities on the printed surface of paperboard and improve the printing quality.

1. The printing section is composed of an adsorption bellows, a plate roller, an anilox roller and an ink scraper.  Cross slider structure is adopted for transmission between all parts ( especially cross slider structure is adopted for pressure adjustment between anilox roller and rubber roller, anilox roller and plate roller ) to reduce noise and make the transmission more stable.  Full vacuum paper feeding system can realize full-plate and bending board printing, leaving no traction allowance on both sides of the board to reduce paperboard waste.

2. The bellows adopts steel plate combined structure, and the workbench panel is made of 5mm stainless steel, which is light, firm and durable with high precision. The gap is adjusted electrically, PLC controls digital display, the adjustment range is 0-10mm, and linear guide rail is used for moving up and down to ensure the accuracy of adjustment.

3. You can choose to install the steel mesh roller and rubber roller combination according to your printing requirements, or you can opt for the ceramic mesh roller and ink scraper combination.

4. Each printing unit can be equipped with a drying function, which can accelerate the drying speed of the ink and significantly improve the printing quality.

1. The infrared drying temperature can be set manually / automatically according to the actual demand of printing, and it is equipped with automatic temperature control device and safety protection function.

2. The width of the drying wall board is designed to be 1.25 meters, and the cardboard stays for a long time, which accelerates the drying speed of ink painting.

3. Multicolor printing effectively speeds up the drying of the ink, resulting in better printing quality.

1. In addition to the standard die-cutting main function, four sets of steel cutting dies are also configured for use in slotting, corner cutting, and edge separation of ordinary industrial boxes. The four-cutters of the servo motor are synchronized with the wire pressing process, and the wire pressing and the cutting tools can also be adjusted separately. The height of the box is synchronized with the servo motor for adjustment. One-click switch of orders is available, and 999 orders can be stored, making it convenient and fast.


2. Knife line separation: When the die-cutting section uses an irregular box mold, knife line separation enables the independent adjustment of the die line function, allowing for separate control of the knife and the die line. This results in a better die line forming effect.

The first pressing wheel is a pre-pressing wheel with an outer diameter of 200mm, the second one is a large-diameter pressing wheel with an outer diameter of 300mm, and the third one is a pressing wheel with an outer diameter of 200mm. Operation Guidelines for Carton Packaging Machinery

1. Pre-Operation Preparation

5. Shutdown and Cleaning
  • When shutting down, allow the machine to run idle for 1–2 minutes to remove residual materials.
  • Turn off all power sources, air supplies, and valves after use.
  • Clean ink stations, feeder units, and die-cutting surfaces using non-corrosive cleaning agents.
  • Store tools and cleaning equipment in designated areas to maintain a tidy workspace.
 
6. Safety & Emergency Measures
