1. Four servo-driven pressure-free leading edge paper feeding, the paper feeding stroke can be adjusted by computer, without wear and tear, intelligent controllable, accurate and error-free paper feeding. There is no change in the thickness and strength of paperboard after printing. The strength of carton shall be improved, and the gram weight of paper shall be reduced for the same strength.
2. Zero pressure does not damage the paperboard, and effectively overcome paperboard warpage, improve paper feeding accuracy, so that high and low speed paper feeding is more accurate.
3. Intelligently adjust the paper feeding stroke, extend the paper feeding function, without the pressure of paper pulling rubber roller, and do not damage the strength and thickness of paperboard during paper feeding, so as to achieve pressure-free paper feeding.
4. It is equipped with a chip absorption and dust removal box and multiple rows of scrubbing air suction openings, which can remove a large number of impurities on the printed surface of paperboard and improve the printing quality.
1. The printing section is composed of an adsorption bellows, a plate roller, an anilox roller and an ink scraper. Cross slider structure is adopted for transmission between all parts ( especially cross slider structure is adopted for pressure adjustment between anilox roller and rubber roller, anilox roller and plate roller ) to reduce noise and make the transmission more stable. Full vacuum paper feeding system can realize full-plate and bending board printing, leaving no traction allowance on both sides of the board to reduce paperboard waste.
