The transmission gears, made of premium alloy steels, have processed by carburizing, quenching and grinding. The hardness is HRC58-62.
The main drive roller of this auto flexo printer slotter die cutter and stacker employs keyless connection which can decrease connection clearance and thereby keep long-lasting printing precision.
The transmission device features circulating lubrication by double oil pump.
This auto flexo printer slotter die cutter & stacker come with auto zero and memory reset functions.

Paper Feeding Unit
Lead edge paper delivery system, suitable for all kinds of tile board, increase thin board and warp board transmission stability, high speed, precision.
The whole machine automatic zero system, storage of common orders, quick order change, convenient operation.
Mechanical automatic oil lubrication system, equipped with automatic balancing device, enhance the service life of the transmission gear.
Optional: six-axis slot group / soft die cutting structure / computer adjustment version free die cutting.
Printing Unit
Printing roller horizontal computer adjustment, amplitude adjustment ± 10mm.
Precision mesh roller, its mesh roller with the paper delivery system, air pressure automatic lifting device (when the paper delivery mesh roller down and the printing plate contact, stop the paper delivery mesh roller rise and the printing plate separation).
Optional: air absorption and dust removal system, can remove a large amount of the paper surface dust, improve the printing quality.
Optional: servo front edge, pressure-free paper delivery system.
Ratchet type fast plate device, full version of the plate ditch, applicable to 9mm plate strip, with foot switch electric control positive and reverse.
Erasing version of the memory, automatic reset system.
Optional: scraper and ceramic mesh roller uniform ink mode.
