Corrugated Box Production Line Project for a Large Factory in Brazil

This video documents a turnkey corrugated box machinery project we delivered in partnership with a large manufacturing enterprise based in Brazil. The client’s primary objective was to establish a dedicated carton production facility equipped with reliable, high-efficiency machinery and backed by comprehensive, full-lifecycle technical support to facilitate their internal production, warehousing, and outbound logistics operations. Following multiple rounds of on-site supplier visits, technical comparisons, and proposal evaluations, the client selected us to supply a complete automated carton production line.

Upon delivery of the equipment, we dispatched expert technical engineers to the Brazilian facility to oversee on-site installation, including full-line assembly, wiring, integrated system commissioning, and trial production. We also provided systematic on-site training for the factory’s operators, maintenance staff, and management personnel, covering machine operation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting of common issues, and standard component replacement.
